Wherever we do the caring for others, it will leave it’s traces on our wellbeing and sense of self. Especially as we all live through periods of collective trauma and distress.
If this is you, we would like to invite you to join us for a workshop on how to manage our well-being and trauma.
We will explore what self care and self compassion means for professions working in face of personal and collective trauma.
This workshop, informed by current research, will provide you with the knowledge, skills and tools to better recognise the early signs of trauma. We will explore how we can attend to our well-being as professionals and offer a range of organisational, interpersonal and personal strategies to address the risks of trauma and its impacts, and foster possibilities for post-traumatic growth and resilience.
