About the Facilitator:
Shera Hill is a certified Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Meditation & Breathing Instructor. With her expertise in mindfulness and trauma recovery, she will guide participants through evidence-based techniques to promote emotional resilience, effective communication, and self-awareness in relationships.
